Based upon what you are able to pay each month into your settlement account, the firm can estimate how many months you will be part of the program, and ultimately get back on the path to financial freedom.

Upon enrollment, American Financial Service will immediately contact each of your creditors, individually, and let them know that we are now representing you, and also let them know of your interest in settling your debt with them. Once a settlement offer has been reached, and the client have agreed on this amount, the firm will obtain that settlement offer in writing from the creditor and will then advise the client on how to disperse funds to the creditor. American Financial Service will diligently continue to work on negotiating all of your debts, until you are finally debt free.
