Consumer Debt Assistance has been extremely professional thus far. They have responded to all calls made and have been extremely friendly. They seem to be very organized and they pay attention to detail. They were able to re-route my collection calls from creditors to their customer service desk. I will follow up with another review 6 months down the line and let you know if I still continue to get the same service. So far so good!

BBB processed 1 complaint about Consumer Debt Assistance in the last 36 months. For this complaint concerned, the company refused to adjust, relying on terms of agreement.

This company is a sham. Zero communication and the results are even worse. I paid these people over 7,000 and they didn’t produce a thing after 15 months. Customer service was pathetic and not trained well. You ask one agent a question and get a totally different answer from the next. Getting your money back from your savings is a task. I resolved five of seven of my accounts on my own. Two were because I was sewed so I settled outside the program. Neither were advised of CDA. Multiple contacts by me in the past twelve months. I asked multiple time to resolve but never received the decentcy of a reply
