My name is Cecilia. Five years ago I bought my mother-in-law’s house from her children. They put it on sale when they could not keep up the expenses anymore. This house has many happy memories for all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. I don’t want to break their hearts because until now they still call it grandma’s house. This house is very old and dilapidated. I made a lot of big, small, emergency, and all kinds of repairs. I accumulated $60,000.00 in credit cards debt. I realized it last year when I could no longer pay even the minimum monthly fees. I got penalized with 29.990% interests, late payments, then came over the limit fees. I believe I had more penalty fees than the principal amount. I had so many sleepless nights. I cried a lot…in the middle of the night, at work, while driving, taking a shower…And I talked to myself a lot too. Then on TV I always see these debt counseling companies that annoys me because they make it sound so easy and I don’t believe them, because one of my friends was a victim of a bad one. After they collected her money, they were gone. But then I found my self searching for two weeks from a BBB site for a “better” debt counseling company. I asked other people too. I found out one of my sister-in-laws was a CuraDebt customer few years ago, she’s happy and very satisfied the way all the staff helped her. I called CuraDebt and enrolled. But the problem is I was so broke. My phone calls from creditors were killing me, they would start 6:00am until 10:00pm. They would call my house, my work, my cell phone, my husbands’ and my daughter’s cell phone (during her classes and exams). Then came court papers/summons one after another. Some were hand delivered. When my doorbell rings my heart jumped. I didn’t know what to do. So many thoughts in my mind and I don’t want to think of them anymore. The staff from CuraDebt they worked as a team. They send me emails signed by different people. I felt so secured knowing I was not alone and a team of professionals are helping me. I even spoke to a supervisor named Marciala. And there is one person I can always call, one or two rings and she’s already there. She will not hang up until I finished crying and I would say I’m okay. She is my angel, just listening to her voice it’s like I’m talking to an angel. Her name is DAHIANA. She would call me back and surprised me the amount she was able to negotiate with my creditors. All phone calls were gone, sometimes I was wondering if my phones are broken. Court papers/summons? Fixed…gone…history. I will finally say CuraDebt is not good or better. CuraDebt is the BEST.

I was skeptical of using a service like this, so I first did research on it. Consumer Reports rated it #1 so I called. I started with Diana R. and she was so understanding throughout the entire process. I have copies of all the emails, maybe a dozen a day, in which she patiently answered all my questions, never indicating anything less than a caring attitude. That type of customer service in itself speaks for a company rating. Thank you Diana for representing, not only a service, but a genuinely kind personality

Our experience, right from the beginning, with CuraDebt has been incredible. The first person I spoke to was Diego and he was very friendly and helpful as we asked our many questions to be sure this is what we wanted to do. We are so happy we did as we needed help to settle all our debt and work our way back to financial freedom. Our negotiator Sandra Stringer has been wonderful! She has fought for us to get the best deal we could possibly get. I actually experienced her great negotiation skills first hand when one of our debtors wanted to speak with me along with Sandra on the phone. By the time we hung up she had them eating out of her hand and we settled at 30%… WOW! She is truly awesome and so is CuraDebt! Thanks goodness they were there when we needed them the most. It has only been 9 months and we are two settlements away from being completely out of debt. What would have taken me the rest of my life, getting out of debt, I will have achieved in about a year. I have just finished my program with Curadebt and am very please to say that with the help of Juliana and Edison, all of my expectations were met. With their help, I was able to solve my individual debt situation quickly. Both Juliana and Edison were excellent negotiators who helped me to achieve my goal and become debt free from credit cards. I have been very happy with the services of curadebt staff, especially my negotiator Sara Alvarez. She is very understanding and compassionate and responds immediately to my questions and concerns. I have been very stressed and anxious regarding my financial situation but Sara helps relieve the tension and fears. I never thought I would be in financial difficulty, however even though it cost close to one million dollars to keep my husband alive – every penny was worth it and on September 1 we will celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. I’ve been with Curadebt just under a year now, and to my surprise my debt has been reduce by more than half. My consultant Sara has been very helpful and guided me through this process. I started out with 7 accounts in September 2009 and now it’s only August 2010 and I have 3 more to go. I signed up at Curadebt during March and from early on I had this feeling of anxiety and doubt. Because I had read lots of stories of people being misled. But later on with help from people at Curadebt I’m here today with my case being settled. Andy B and Juliana have been of very great help. Andy B. was in charge of my case and he settled my debt ($9000) by 70% discount. I just cant’s thank him and his team at Curadebt enough. Thanks a lot for your great efforts! Andy! I feel my life is bit peaceful now….
