I went to these guys looking for help and they actually helped out. I will be outta debt soon on a debt settlement program. It sucks that credit gets ruined but mine was already bad so it worked out in my favor.

The company somehow obtained my credit report and send me an unsolicited offer of mediation, formatted as an important letter. They are not offering me credit, so I don’t understand how they could have obtained my credit information, and I think the format of their mailing is highly misleading. It appears like an important letter–trying to help–but it is actually a solicitation.
