Family Service-Upper Ohio Valley is a private non-profit corporation funded in part by the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley, the WV Bureau of Senior Services, the Northwestern Area Agency on Aging, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the City of Wheeling, the Marshall County Commission, insurances, various federal, state, local and corporate grants, fees set at or below cost, and contributions.
