My mortgage company used these people when I refinanced and they are terrible. I provided them the same info over and over and they cant get their business straight. Apparently they do not know how to use fax or e-mail. I provided necessary information multiple times and I resent things through my mortgage company who sent it multiple times and LSI has held up the works for a few months now. If they can’t take in paperwork properly how can you trust them not to screw up everything else??

i agree with brent. they also don’t return phone calls when you have questions about all the money they add at the back end of the loan.?
